I Get Your Struggle

Hey there! Are you sick of hating your body, bingeing/purging, compulsive exercising, stress/emotional eating and counting calories/points/macros? I completely get it, because I was the SAME way!

A little over 10 years ago, I was on a constant roller coaster of either counting every calorie and then bingeing at night or on the weekend only to feel shameful and guilty immediately afterwards.  I would be so mad at myself for not having more willpower and vow to be “good” the next day. Other days, I would decide that I needed to punish myself with 2x/day workouts because I had eaten extra cake and chips at a party.

But here’s the thing….. I had no idea that everything I thought I was doing right was actually sabotaging me from finally being happy with my body and enjoying food.

Let me provide you with the guidance and support that I wish I had!
